UPS "frightened"
My friend that gets my ammo shipments just got delivered. She said the UPS guys were visibly "shaken" hahaha
Got a bunch o boxes I need to go pickup |
Re: UPS "frightened"
They knows what in them.....because all ammo shipments have a black sticker that identfies them as ordinence.
Wont have no problems with packages going missing thats for certain:biggrin: T |

Not to mention the weight, but NOT all packages are identified. I had a 1K case of 308 delivered about 30 days ago and the UPS guy asked, "WTF is in there", I replied, "Protection"... We both laughed because he understood what I was trying to say.:ok: |

Re: UPS "frightened"
Carriers are not stupid. When I was getting a lot of silver delivered, the mailman grinned at me one day and said "Last time I delivered a box that heavy it was full of QUARTERS!" Later that same day the neighbor grinned at me over the fence and said "The mailman sure stops a lot at your place. You must have quite a collection of SOMETHING by now!"
Maybe you could rent a mail box at a UPS or Fedex store. Maybe that would help. |

All shipments are classified by "UN" shipping codes.

The UPS driver is a sheep. He should be happy he has a good job.

Re: UPS "frightened"
The first time I had 2000 rounds delivered by UPS, the guy knocked on the door and asked if Rambo was home. I got a good laugh out of it...

Re: UPS "frightened"
I used to work at ups but I can't remember the training very well, but I believe things are labeled ORM-D because they are deemed to be potentially hazardous.

I usually put beer in a box, and pack it well and label it food and beverages, non-perishable. lol I was trying to send some homebrew to a buddy up North and found out how troublesome shipping beer really is. Sad stuff. |

Re: UPS "frightened"
It won't make a bit of difference what your delivery guy thinks of you. It's in a database and you know darn well who will access it if they want to.
BEWARE!!! s |
